Flood Relief Mission at Kg Rangalau Lama
Borneo Dental Centre joined a community relief effort on 5 July, delivering essential supplies to families in Kg Rangalau Lama after continuous rain cut off the village and disrupted their water supply.
On 5 July, a relief mission was successfully carried out at Kg Rangalau Lama. Continuous rain had cut off the road into town, and the flooding disrupted the village’s water supply. Residents were unable to leave for work or to buy daily necessities, and had to rely on whatever they had on hand for an extended period.
Borneo Dental Centre was proud to take part in this community relief effort, helping deliver food, drinking water, and other essential supplies to the families affected.
We’re grateful to everyone who supported this effort, and to our partners in the community who helped make it possible. Every contribution, big or small, helped ease the burden for families who needed it most.
